You will source, recruit, and refer qualified candidates for high-volume and specialized roles, collaborating closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Having internal talent acquisition experience in the life science/pharma/biotech sectors is desirable, though other sectors will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• Knowledge of CRO industry and ability to assess candidates' fit within the industry.
• Experience with social media recruitment tools.
