Formación

  • 2 years of experience in environmental, social, or combined disciplines.

Join our Impact Assessment team

As an EHS Consultant, you will be part of our multidisciplinary, dynamic, and growing team in Barcelona or Madrid, working in a collaborative environment where knowledge, experience, and views are shared closely with our international teams.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
  1. Participate in environmental and social impact assessment projects regionally and internationally.
  2. Support ESDD following international standards (e.g., IFC, WB, EBRD, EqP IV, OECD).
  3. Contribute to social and environmental topics around permitting and impact management (Scoping, ESIA, ESMS, E&S Management Plans, Site Visits).
  4. Support project management and proposal preparation as part of the IAP team and projects.
  5. Provide technical assistance for sustainable solutions related to Biodiversity, Ecosystems, Resource Management, Circularity, Resilient Societies, Decarbonization, and EU Taxonomy.

Work will involve international and local projects, with travel within Spain and abroad, including developing countries, as required.

Your starting point for growth

From day one, we support your personal and professional development. Your starting point should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental or social sciences (biology, environmental engineering, sociology, etc.), with training in Health and Safety a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in permitting on environmental, social, or combined disciplines.
  • Experience with the Spanish EIA process and legal requirements (2-3 years).
  • Experience in ESDD (2-3 years).
  • Understanding of the Energy Sector and renewable energies in Spain.
  • Knowledge of key environmental and social standards and policies for international finance institutions and EU policies.
  • Effective communication, organization, and analytical skills; report writing experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
