This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You’ll be involved from the very first client conversation through to designing immersive storyboards, shaping pre / post activities, and helping us harness AI for adaptive learning.

Your work will focus on leadership, inclusion, soft skills, and compliance-related behaviours — all with corporate audiences in mind.

You’ll collaborate with our CEO, and Mel Slater (a pioneer in VR-based behavioural change), and a cross-functional team of scriptwriters, developers, UX designers and delivery specialists. This is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we scale — or make your mark as a brilliant solo contributor.

What You’ll Do Design impactful learning experiences using our internal frameworks — and help improve them Create clear, structured, and beautiful storyboards for immersive VR modules Develop supporting materials : facilitator guides, learner reflections, assessment tools, etc. Contribute to client discovery calls, translating challenges into effective learning designs Work closely with product and development teams to bring experiences to life Explore and help implement AI-powered modules (e.g., branching, role-plays) Ensure designs are grounded in learning science and adapted to the unique affordances of VR Own and drive your projects from concept to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience designing learning experiences (corporate, academic, or consultancy) Deep understanding of how people learn — from first principles or formal education (e.g., learning psychology, behavioural science) Experience designing for behavioural change, not just knowledge transfer Ability to think visually and structure content clearly Experience (or keen interest) in VR, AI, or immersive modalities Strong written and spoken English (other languages a bonus) Comfortable working independently, moving fast, and handling ambiguity Passion for using learning to drive meaningful societal change

Nice to Have

Experience working with AI-driven learning tools or adaptive platforms Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Twine — or your own preferred tools) Understanding of inclusive learning design or DEI content Background in L&D, organisational psychology, or behaviour-focused content

If you want to do meaningful work with smart people who believe immersive learning can change the world — this is your place.

We look after our employees and offer incentives to help us scale our business. We will provide health and there is an opportunity to become an equity holder though our phantom plan.
