Job summary

TECNICAS REUNIDAS, S.A. seeks an IMA & DIGITALIZATION COORDINATOR to own the Inspection Management Application (IMA) and manage master data, incidents and user support within the Inspection Department.

You will drive data quality, KPI reporting, and digital transformation across international teams, integrating systems like SAP, SmartPlant Materials and Documentum while promoting automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Systems/Software/Business Applications Specialist in Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial engineering.
• Experience administering, supporting or improving digital tools in industrial environments.
• Experience delivering training and user guidance for internal and external audiences.
• Knowledge of corporate business applications, administration and user-support processes.
• Experience with integrated systems, master-data management and data-quality control.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of process automation, digital transformation and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional owner and main contact for Inspection Management Application (IMA) within the Inspection Department.
• Administer and maintain inspector, agency and related master data in IMA, ensuring records and training information are up to date.
• Lead day-to-day user support, manage incidents and requests, and promote correct use of the platform.
• Monitor data quality, usage, storage and performance, implementing improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Support KPI measurement, reporting and decision-making by enabling data use in IMA.
• Gather and prioritize improvement needs, translating them into functional requirements.
• Promote interoperability between IMA and SAP, SmartPlant Materials, Documentum and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate inspection activities through digital solutions.
• Design and deliver training, demonstrations and user guidance for employees and partners, remotely or in person.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement across Técnicas Reunidas projects.

Job description

We are looking for an IMA & DIGITALIZATION COORDINATOR:

Main responsibilities

• Act as the functional owner and primary point of contact for Inspection Management Application (IMA) within the Inspection Department, developing an in-depth understanding of the platform and its business processes.
• Administer and maintain inspector, agency and related master data in IMA, ensuring that records, qualifications, certifications, experience and training information remains accurate and up to date.
• Lead the day-to-day support to internal and external users, manage incidents and requests, coordinate their resolution and promote consistent and correct use of the platform.
• Monitor data quality, system usage, storage and performance, and implement solutions that improve reliability, efficiency and scalability.
• Support KPI measurement, reporting and corporate decision-making by enabling effective use of the data available in IMA.
• Gather, assess and prioritize improvement needs from Corporate Inspection, project teams and other stakeholders, translating them into functional requirements.
• Promote interoperability between IMA and other corporate systems, including SmartPlant Materials, SAP and Documentum, as well as future digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate activities and improve inspection processes through digital solutions.
• Design and deliver training, demonstrations and user guidance for employees, inspection agencies, inspectors, clients and joint-venture partners, both remotely and in person.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement to maximize the platform's operability through Técnicas Reunidas projects.

Required profile and experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems, Software or Business Applications Specialist, supporting, administering or implementing corporate applications in the Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial engineering sector.
• Experience administering, supporting or improving digital tools in industrial, engineering, procurement, quality or inspection environments.
• Experience delivering training and preparing user guidance for internal and external audiences.
• Strong knowledge of corporate business applications, application administration and user-support processes.
• Experience with integrated systems, interfaces, master-data management and data-quality control.
• Knowledge of incident management, functional requirements definition, user acceptance testing and implementation of system improvements.
• Experience with SmartPlant Materials (SMat), SAP and Documentum, or comparable corporate platforms, would be highly valued.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI would be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of process automation, digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications would be valued.
• Knowledge of inspection workflows, ITPs, inspection planning, vendor surveillance, non-conformity management or related quality processes would be considered an asset but is not required.
• Advanced level of English .
