Your mission as our Illustrator / 2D Animator Hero will be to:

1. Manage all steps of the illustration process, from rough sketches to high-quality graphics.
2. Work with different styles and finishes depending on the project, trends or target audience.
3. Create and deliver impressive assets, covers and logos for our products.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in character and illustration creation.
5. Command vector illustration as well as optimised export of works in SVG format.
6. Design high-quality interfaces such as buttons, widgets, modals and all kinds of components in all their possible states and configurations.

Your superpowers:

1. 5+ years of professional illustration experience.
2. Proficiency in programmes such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
3. Strong illustration, composition, animation and conceptual skills.
4. Experience with Spine, including meshing, keyframing and optimisation for mobile performance (e.g., low file sizes, smooth frame rates on iOS / Android).
5. Keen eye for detail and solid knowledge of game design.
6. A diverse portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects and design processes.
7. Passion for composition and creation of logos and illustrated small animations for video games.
8. Solid time management and organisational skills.

We'd truly marvel...

1. Knowledge of an Agile project environment (OKRs, Scrum and Kanban).
2. Background in online gaming and/or video games.
3. Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Sketch.
4. Understanding of UX/UI principles.
5. Experience working with developers, exporting and optimising assets.
