Role Overview:
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing the learning experience during the design, delivery, and closure of assigned programmes, supervising stakeholder alignment. As a Program Assistant, you will prepare both face-to-face and online resources to ensure, together with the Programme Manager, an outstanding and top-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of back-office work for all assigned programmes, focusing on e-learning technologies, including integration of programme content within Headspring’s platform or the client’s learning environment. Support coordination of physical materials needed for programme execution.
- Set up the Campus Online, compile all necessary information/documentation for programme conduction, and manage the booking and implementation of webinars and online conferences.
- Support faculty, participants, and clients, either face-to-face or via telephone, to help set up systems and resolve issues related to VLE and collaborative tools.
- Manage programme logistics: plan sessions with professors, book rooms, coordinate with venues or external providers, supervise relationships with agencies and contractors for e-learning development.
- During programme delivery: coordinate with the Programme Manager to communicate updates or modifications to participants, ensure participants complete quality surveys, and input data to assess quality metrics.
Key Requirements:
- Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing e-learning projects, either in-company or as a consultant.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- 3+ years of experience with LMS platforms such as Blackboard, OpenLMS, Docebo, or others.

- Self-starter with initiative and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills; confident interaction with clients.
- Ability to work well in international, multicultural teams across different time zones.
- Strong customer service orientation.
