IdiPAZ is seeking a Senior Laboratory Technician with experience in translational and clinical research to join the childhood cancer, hematopoietic transplantation, and cell therapy research group led by Dr. Antonio Perez Martinez.
Requirements

- Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Skills / Qualifications
- Experience with immunosuppressed murine models; animal handling training (Functions A, B, and C)
- Experience in flow cytometry
- Experience in immune system research
Specific Requirements
- Higher degree in anatomic pathology and cytodiagnostics or clinical and biomedical laboratory
- Experience in molecular biology / oncology and cellular therapies laboratories
- Experience in processing patient-derived samples
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Primary Responsibilities
- Processing patient blood and solid tumor samples
- Managing the patient sample database
- Working with cell cultures: suspension, adherent, organoid/tumoroid
- Performing cytotoxicity and CAR T potency assays in clinical trials and research
- Laboratory organization, logistics, and inventory management
- Preparing buffers and media
- Training trainees in basic cell and molecular biology techniques
- Maintaining good communication and teamwork

Additional Information
Indefinite contract for scientific and technical activities. Professional category: Degree, Group III, Area 2, per collective bargaining agreement. Full-time: 37.5 hours/week. Gross annual salary: €21,852.99. Private matters: 6 days/year. Vacation: 22 days/year. December 24 and 31 are non-business days.
Selection Process
