Identity Management Specialist Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced AD / Identity Management Specialist Coordinator to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the Digital Identity Team , managing daily operations, workload distribution, and ongoing projects.
• Report weekly progress to the customer to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Ensure the implementation and enforcement of security protocols and policies related to Identity Management and Governance.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business-aligned security solutions.
• Monitor and manage security incidents , ensuring timely resolution and thorough documentation.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

• Extensive experience leading technical teams and managing project execution.
• Strong background in the deployment, management, and administration of security platforms, Identity Management, and / or IGA.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and team coordination in complex environments.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.
• Experience in the Drilling and Development domain.
