We are seeking an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Specialist based in Madrid, with at least 4 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (development and administration).

Your Role

We are looking for an IGA Specialist in our Cyber Security Engineering & Architecture department, a key part of our technology ecosystem.

This team provides Identity Governance & Administration services across the Santander group, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (development and administration)
• Knowledge of directory services systems (Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAPs)
• Implementation and monitoring of access control
• Understanding of IT security solutions and frameworks
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
