Formación

• 2+ años de experiencia en consultoría de gestión, preferiblemente en estrategia y operaciones.
• Fluidez en inglés y español, con exposición internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Conducir análisis y elaborar entregables de proyectos bajo supervisión.
• Coordinar talleres y reuniones con clientes, asegurando calidad y plazos.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting to join our Finance Strategy & Transformation practice.

As part of our team, you will drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping our clients to revisit their operating strategy, streamline their processes, and boost their analytical capabilities. Our portfolio services include engagements such as operating models assessment, design and roadmapping, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition. You will work closely with our clients from the envisioning and conceptualization of target models and solutions to their actual implementation, getting exposure to the end-to-end project cycle and contributing to their effective business transformation through different levers: processes, organization, technology, governance and management models.

Your role

As Consultant, you will…

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis following the methodologies, extract, suggest and bring conclusions to the rest of the team.
• Elaborate the project deliverables according to quality standards and established schedules, under the supervision of senior associates.
• Collaborate on conducting workshops, interviews and other client interactions.
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced consultants in the analysis and generation of deliverables.
• Collaborate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.

As Senior Consultant, you will…

• Lead the definition and execution of project analysis, establishing conclusions.
• Coordinate and lead workshops and follow-up meetings with clients within the scope of the project.
• Lead the elaboration and present project deliverables, ensuring the quality and timeliness in the handover.
• Supervise junior associates, assigning project tasks and guiding them in the analysis and preparation of deliverables, ensuring they meet the project plan and quality standards.
• Support with project management in terms of managing work plan, deadlines and resources, as well as identifying issues and risks and proposing solutions.
• Participate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.
• Consolidate, transmit and put into practice the knowledge acquired in project engagements.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.
• Knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow…) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI / ML, IPA / RPA, iBPM, Process Mining…) are highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.
