What Success Looks Like In This Role

Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer to join our Identity and Access Security team. As an IAM Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM infrastructure for Unisys internal systems.

Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using industry-leading technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Delenia PAM, and SecureAuth IDP.
2. Configure and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management and SSO integration with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID, O365, Workday HCM, and other enterprise applications.
3. Automate IAM processes using scripting languages (PowerShell, VB Script, Shell Scripting) to improve efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
5. Implement security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, PCI DSS).
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure certificate issuance and revocation.
7. Stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in IAM engineering and administration within a professional environment.
• Proficiency in technologies like SSO, federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Good understanding of MS Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), or other Identity management tools like SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and configuring identity provisioning and SSO using industry standards.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, VB Scripting, Shell Scripting.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Have

• Experience with privileged access management tools like Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, C++, Python, Shell, PowerShell.
