AD / Identity Management Specialist Coordinator (Remote - Spain)

Join our team as an AD / Identity Management Specialist Coordinator and lead a skilled Digital Identity team in delivering secure, scalable solutions. This permanent, 100% remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Identity Management, Governance , and security platforms such as AD / EntraID, PKI / Entrust, PING ID, and CyberArk .

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate a 12-person technical team across identity technologies
• Oversee daily tasks, project progress, and security protocol implementation
• Ensure policy enforcement and guide best practices throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in technical team leadership and project execution

Strong background in IAM, IGA , and application security

Fluent English communication skills
