El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en gestión de accesos, conocimientos de Active Directory y deberá ser fluido en español e inglés. Formación

• 5-8 años de experiencia relevante.
• Conocimientos en revisión de accesos y cumplimiento de SOX.
• Dominio del español (nivel C) y fluidez en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la transición post-incorporación y compartir conocimientos con los equipos de soporte.
• Realizar discusiones técnicas con clientes y partes interesadas.
• Revisar y entender los requisitos del cliente para identificar riesgos de proceso.

Currently, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management Analyst (IDAM) Analyst) to join our team of specialists.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead post-joining transition and knowledge sharing with support teams.
• Conduct technical discussions independently with customers and stakeholders.
• Work on documentation such as SMTD and SOP.
• Assist in conducting Access reviews.
• Review and understand client requirements to identify process risks.
• Identify, evaluate, and document risks or gaps in User Access Review (GITC) for SOX-covered applications and databases.
• Coordinate with application and database teams to fetch User Access data and perform quality checks.
• Gather evidence for reviews by designated business personnel.
• Interact regularly with various teams to complete access revocations.
• Maintain SLAs for various tasks.
• Maintain and review the Approval and Reviewer Matrix annually for accuracy.

Mandatory Skills :

• Experience in User Access Management.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Controllers.
• Experience in Access Review (GITC) for clients and SOX applications.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C level) and fluency in English.

Desired Skills :

• PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of access levels and their criticality.
• Certification in UAM & SOX Audit compliance.
