We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our website, improving our online visibility, and maintaining the functionality of our internal network systems.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This multifaceted role requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our website, improving our online visibility, and maintaining the functionality of our internal network systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Maintenance & Development
• Manage, update, and optimize our company website (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
• Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• SEO & Online Marketing
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and web traffic.
• Implement and manage online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, newsletters, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• IT Support & Network Maintenance
• Maintain and troubleshoot our internal IT infrastructure (WiFi, printers, file servers, etc.).
• Provide basic IT support to staff when needed.
• Collaborate with external providers for more complex system requirements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in website management and SEO.
• Solid understanding of online marketing platforms and tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
