Formación

• 10 años de experiencia en gestión de aplicaciones o desarrollo de software.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Invoicing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business and ICT stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of invoicing solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage with various business and ICT stakeholders.
2. Interact with business stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, and Manufacturing.
3. Manage supplier enhancement quotations to document business requirements.
4. Create business case documents and initiate project approval process.
5. Manage supplier work order and purchase requests for project activities.
6. Oversee the development of technical solutions and validate that the product meets user requirements.
7. Make decisions quickly to meet business objectives.
8. Manage project deliverables to meet quality, schedule, and budget constraints.
9. Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to manage day-to-day operations.
10. Provide periodic status updates to the Business Leadership team.
11. Lead high-priority issue troubleshooting with various teams to recover business continuity.
12. Support application SOX audit requests by ensuring the test results meet SOX requirements.
13. Interact with various regional teams to support global projects.
14. Proactively manage risks and plan for uncertainties.
15. Support critical business strategies by designing and implementing digital solutions.
16. Manage a team of direct reports supporting critical applications in Invoicing.

Qualifications:

1. Required: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields.
2. 10 years of application management experience or relevant software development experience.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of financial processes or relevant knowledge.
5. 2 to 3 years’ experience managing direct reports.
6. 2 to 3 years’ experience in project management tools and processes.
7. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
8. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
9. Customer-focused and experienced in cross-functional transversal projects.
10. Ability to work with and manage virtual teams.
11. Fluent in English.
