Iberia Software Sales Account Manager - Data Operations / Data Intelligence

We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Your role includes serving as the primary liaison with 10 targeted accounts and managing key verticals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-selling.
  • Drive adoption and expansion through consultative selling.
  • Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and services teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, aiming for a 20% above plan (AOP +20%).
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports on development and forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop regional markets using previous experience and networks.
  • Experience in territory and account management, including planning and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage complex sales involving multiple products and BUs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
