We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. This role involves generating new business within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. You will serve as the primary liaison for 10 key accounts and manage key verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to promote business cross-sell.
  • Drive adoption and expansion through consultative selling.
  • Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and services teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, aiming for +20% above AOP.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare reports on account development and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to develop a region using past experience and networks.
  • Ability to create and execute territory plans and monitor progress.
  • Experience developing relationships with local partners.
  • Understanding of customer business and solution requirements.
  • Experience managing complex sales across multiple products and business units.
  • Proficiency in CRM and account management systems.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
