We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. This role involves generating new business within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for 10 key accounts and will own key verticals for sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities for Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions in the Iberia market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-selling.
  3. Drive adoption and expansion through consultative selling techniques.
  4. Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
  5. Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to meet client needs.
  7. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Achieve or exceed annual sales targets, with a company goal of AOP +20%.
  9. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
  10. Demonstrate strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  11. Have proven experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industries.
  12. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  13. Leverage past experiences and networks to develop the region quickly.
  14. Create and execute a territory plan, monitoring progress regularly.
  15. Build relationships with local partners and define strategic action plans.
  16. Understand customer requirements and manage complex sales involving multiple products and BUs.
  17. Manage regional accounts, including planning and forecasting.
  18. Lead sales activities using internal resources such as inside sales, technical pre-sales, and marketing.
  19. Deliver effective presentations and negotiations.
  20. Utilize CRM and account management systems proficiently.
  21. Travel as needed to meet with clients.
  22. Fluent in Spanish and English.
