We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. This role involves developing new business within existing accounts and acquiring new clients. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for 10 focused accounts and key verticals within the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions in the Iberia market.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to promote cross-selling.
- Drive adoption and expansion of solutions through consultative selling.
- Understand clients’ business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies.
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to meet client needs.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and strategic objectives (company goal is AOP +20%).
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on development and forecasts.
- Demonstrate strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in data management, software, or IT industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to develop a region quickly using past experience and networks.
- Create and execute territory plans, monitoring progress.
- Build relationships with local partners to define strategic actions.
- Understand customer business and solution requirements.
- Manage complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across business units.
- Handle territory/regional account management, including planning and forecasting.
- Execute sales and marketing activities, developing and closing opportunities through a structured process.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships and targeted account plans.
- Lead the sales process utilizing inside sales, technical pre-sales, and marketing resources.
- Deliver effective presentations and negotiations.
- Proficiency in CRM and account management systems.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
