Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead for Iberia, responsible for defining growth and expanding our SAP transformation footprint in Spain and Portugal.

You will build a high-performing team, engage with C-level executives, and shape go-to-market strategies while managing revenue, pipeline, and profitability across Iberia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market.
• Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel as required.
