Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Business Development Lead for Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to own growth, build pipelines, and deepen trusted partnerships with C-level executives in the region. You will shape go-to-market strategies, drive revenue and deal negotiations, and lead cross-functional teams across Iberia.

• Define and execute Westernacher's growth strategy across Iberia

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in SAP consulting sales, business development, or market leadership on the Iberian market
• Track record of growing revenue, building pipelines, and winning strategic accounts
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of SAP solutions and digital transformation trends
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel as required
