Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP transformations for international clients in Spain. You will own project delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams and drive sustainable business outcomes through SAP solutions.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage milestones and resources, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while monitoring progress and reporting status to leadership. Travel may be required for client projects.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex SAP projects.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to develop detailed project and resource plans and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related SAP SCM/Analytics solutions.
• Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel for client projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities and maintain alignment across project stakeholders


• Monitor delivery progress and provide clear, reliable status reporting to customer and project leadership


• Balance timelines, risks, functional requirements and business value to keep projects focused on successful outcomes

Your Expertise

• At least 7 years of experience managing complex projects in an SAP environment


• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools and delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall


• Proven ability to develop detailed project and resource plans and manage multiple priorities effectively


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain Execution solutions such as SAP EWM, SAP TM or Yard Management, or Supply Chain Planning solutions such as SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud


• Confident stakeholder management, relationship‑building, communication and presentation skills


• Professional fluency in English & Spanish


• Willingness to travel when required by client projects
