As part of the Offer Department, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission: You will play a critical role to drive company’s profitability by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, optimize pricing strategies and align market efforts with revenue goals. You will lead strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across all business channels. It is required to have a strong understanding of data analytics, customer behaviors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profit margin.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with offer, sales, and finance teams to align efforts with revenue objectives.

PRICING & PROMOTION

  1. Lead promotional planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  2. Develop data-driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.

DATA ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING

  1. KPI Monitoring (Revenue growth, profit margins...)
  2. Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio...) to present actionable items to stakeholders.
  3. Create revenue forecasts and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

  1. Economics or Engineering background is a plus.
  2. Strong financial and analytical skills are a must.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI).
  4. Programming languages such as SQL and/or Python are a plus.
  5. Effective communication within a top management environment.
  6. Excellent relationship abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment.
  8. English is a must, and French is a plus.
  9. Minimum 5 years of experience.
