The Role
As part of the Iberia Omnichannel Capabilities team, the Omnichannel Specialist will play a key role in driving the activation, execution, and standardization of omnichannel tactics to enhance engagement across multiple platforms. This is a 2-month temporary contract, ideal for professionals who want to contribute to impactful projects in a global healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Omnichannel Managers to ensure the proper activation of omnichannel tactics aligned with portfolio mix and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns on relevant platforms, following global standards, tools, and processes.
- Support the standardization of omnichannel operations, including automated channel management, content, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign operations, applying an Agile & Lean mindset.
- Promote the use of global tools and solutions, ensuring best practices are shared and applied consistently across the organization.
- Drive transformation in ways of working within the local campaign operations team.

- Proven experience in marketing operations, digital campaign management, or omnichannel strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with an Agile & Lean mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
