About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our logistics operations in Iberia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.

The successful applicant will oversee the coordination of logistics activities with our 3PL provider, ensuring seamless delivery of products to both B2B (stores) and B2C (e-commerce) clients.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing warehouse inventory levels, identifying slow-moving and obsolete stock, and coordinating destruction or disposal
  • Resolving any logistical issues or complaints related to systems, services, or customer experiences
  • Implementing efficient logistics models that align with business strategies, support company expansion, and reduce costs
  • Evaluating and recommending improvements to logistics processes in potential new affiliates, considering cost implications and efficiency gains
  • Verifying invoices for transport and storage service providers, ensuring accurate billing and payment
  • Maintaining communication with internal departments, including Customer Care, SCP, and Sites, regarding daily operations

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess :

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years' experience in logistics, purchasing, supply chain, or transportation functions
  • C1 English proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with technical regulations related to logistics, such as import / export and customs regulations
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including ERP systems like SAP, and warehouse management systems
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in office tools and software, including SAP and TMS
