The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, deep knowledge of the Spanish market, and fluency in Spanish and English. Expect significant travel and close collaboration with finance, marketing, and operations

• 10+ years in the medical devices industry with demonstrated commercial success.
• Proven track record establishing and leading high-performing sales teams.

• Lead commercial strategy and profitability across Spain and Portugal, aligning with GORG goals.
• Oversee a sales and marketing team, supported by back-office and logistics functions.
• Partner with finance on annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Build local marketing initiatives and pricing strategies reflecting regional needs.
