SAMY is seeking a Finance Manager Iberia to own the Spain and Portugal finance operations end-to-end. You will manage monthly closes, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and partner with local leadership to drive profitability and reporting accuracy.

Lead a small team, ensure VAT and local tax compliance, and build KPI dashboards for stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus. Hybrid work model in Madrid area with mobility across SAMY offices.

Formación

• 7+ years of overall finance experience.
• Big4 audit or advisory experience is required.
• Experience leading FP&A and Controlling; strong business partner capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own Spain & Portugal monthly close end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for Group consolidation.
