An international school in Madrid is seeking a teacher to instruct Mathematics for upper grades. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in Mathematics or a related field, valid teaching certification, and experience with the IB Diploma Programme. A minimum of two years of high school teaching experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a global educational environment.

Formación

• Valid teaching certification in home country or internationally.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the High School level.
• Experience teaching at both Middle Level and Higher Level.

Overview

From CASVI INTERNATIONAL AMERICAN SCHOOL, we are looking for a teacher to teach the subject of mathematics in the upper grades.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or related field.


• Master's degree in Education or complementary pedagogical training (preferred).


• Valid teaching certification in your home country or internationally (e.g. Teaching License, QTS, etc.).


• Previous training and experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP).


• Knowledge of IB: Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (AA) and/or Mathematics: Applications and Interpretation (AI) courses.


• Experience teaching at the Middle Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL).


• Languages: Native English.


• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the High School level.


• Experience in international or American schools is an asset.
