• 3+ Years of Experience
• Experience in application integration and user management through Okta
• Use of standard protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Fed
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA , identity lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Ability to provide technical support via ServiceNow or a similar platform.

What Will You Do?

• Design and manage IAM solutions using Okta for secure identity and access management.
• Configure and administer Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user management.
• Provide level 2 / 3 support for IAM incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and optimize IAM systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and development teams on access policies.
• Create and update technical documentation and user guides for IAM solutions.
• Improve IAM processes and procedures for continuous optimization.
