At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Tax Department.
This role will focus on supporting global tax compliance, reporting and advisory functions, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our tax processes. The Tax Specialist will work directly with the Head of Tax, ensuring streamlined communication and decision-making.
Key responsabilities:
- Assist in tax management by preparing and reviewing tax filings and compliance reports.
- Support senior team members in settlement advisory and tax preparation tasks.
- Help ensure compliance with tax regulations, staying up to date with relevant changes.
- Provide basic commercial and tax advice to internal teams, under supervision.
- Assist in tax planning efforts to optimize liabilities within legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with country, regional, and corporate finance teams to gather and analyze tax data.
- Help manage tax compliance, reporting, and filings by ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Support the implementation of processes for tax risk management, guided by senior experts.
- Assist in coordinating communications with tax authorities and external consultants.
- Contribute to internal tax advisory projects and provide administrative support in business operations.
About you:
- Degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Master’s degree in Tax Advisory
- Advanced English.
- Prior experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus
- Strong knowledge of international and local tax regulations.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
