Job Purpose

Reporting to the Global Head of IT Transformation, you will oversee the delivery of selected projects within our SAP program. As a strategic IT partner for the business leadership team, you will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of your projects. Leveraging your business partnership, functional knowledge, SAP delivery experience, and customer interactions, you will deliver value to the company while maintaining the integrity of our SAP Global Template design. You will also learn best practices and processes within the organization through guidance on project management frameworks, methods, systems, tools, and metrics. Projects may include SAP rollouts in countries/regions like Singapore, US, India, and SAP enhancements on modules such as FICO, MDG, GRC, etc.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and manage SAP deployment projects aligning with the program’s vision, tools, and methods.
2. Coordinate activities of project team members, collaborating with internal and external resources and stakeholders.
3. Manage project budgets and expenditures.
4. Analyze project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
5. Supervise tasks to ensure successful project completion, addressing challenges as they arise.
6. Facilitate communication between the business and IT regarding project requirements.
7. Provide accurate and timely project status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Document project requirements, including variations from the global template, with inputs from functional leads, and track these requirements to delivery.
9. Contribute to developing our in-house delivery methodology.
10. Identify operational activities to ensure safe deployment without disrupting operations.
11. Occasionally travel to international deployment locations and centers.

Requirements

1. University Degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technologies, or related fields.
2. PMP Certification or equivalent (e.g., QBE).
3. Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing SAP implementation projects in complex multinational organizations.
4. Extensive SAP knowledge, including modules like treasury, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and master data.
5. Experience in a major consulting organization (preferred).
6. Knowledge of industry-standard SAP project tools and methods.
7. Analytical mindset.
8. Risk and Controlling experience.
