Santander seeks an I_SGTO Operational N1 Incidents & Problems Management Analyst II for the Boadilla del Monte area, Spain. You will set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and execute preventive maintenance on the platform following established procedures and guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a FPII/ Higher Technical Diploma in Computer and Telecommunications Engineering, with working knowledge of Agile Modeling, Cloud Computing, and information security
