Role Overview

The Hygiene Specialist ensures effective implementation of cleaning and disinfection protocols, maintaining food safety standards, supporting audits, and promoting a hygienic, safe, and efficient environment on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols.
• Ensure procedures meet food safety requirements.
• Propose improvements to optimize hygiene processes.
• Coordinate internal staff and external cleaning services.
• Manage chemical products safely.
• Verify suitability of cleaning products for food industry use.
• Participate in audits and monitor key hygiene indicators.
• Report incidents and promote best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with protocol application knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and cleaning practices.
• Willingness to travel.
