Job summary

Omya Business Services SLU is seeking an experienced Treasury Netting Specialist to coordinate daily netting cycles and intercompany settlements. You will ensure accurate processing, align participants, and support end-to-end closes with Controlling and AP/AR teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in treasury operations, SAP FI experience, and strong English communication. Hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, cash management, or a related operational role.
• Experience with treasury and accounting systems (e.g., SAP FI, Coupa Treasury, netting tools).
• First leadership or coordination experience (e.g., acting as senior specialist or deputy team lead).
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) relevant to treasury transactions.
• Familiarity with SAP FI and treasury-related modules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily netting activities, including execution of netting cycles and preparation of payments.
• Ensure timely processing of intercompany netting and settlements.
• Review and adjust netting participants and types for all business units.
• Prepare and deploy netting trainings for new participants with other teams.
• Monitor KT KPIs and SLAs; take corrective actions when needed.
• Execute treasury accounting activities and period-end close entries.
• Assist with end-to-end financial close with Controlling, AP and AR teams.
• Act as first escalation point for operational issues within Netting and Accounting.
