Job summary

SD Worx is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to help customers get the most from the SD Worx App and Portal. You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform-related queries through both digital channels and phone support.

You'll join a small international team of seven colleagues where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction are central to everything we do.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support or technical support role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
• Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
