Deluxe is seeking an Account Coordinator to support subtitling and localization projects from intake to delivery in a hybrid Madrid setting. You will liaise with clients, freelance vendors, and internal teams to track milestones and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, managing materials, and providing project updates while ensuring smooth delivery and issue escalation as needed.

Formación

• Fluent in Castilian Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with subtitling, localization workflows.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with freelance translators and linguistic vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate subtitling and localization projects from intake to delivery.
• Track project status, milestones, and deadlines; maintain records.
• Escalate risks or delays to Team Lead Subtitling.
• Support communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular client updates and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and training with global teams.
• Receive, manage, and upload deliverables; handle redeliveries.
• Support technical delivery activities and reporting.
• Contribute to quality checks and project administration.
