Job summary

Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a seasoned Subcontracts Manager to oversee management and administrative control of Subcontracts across the project. You will analyze scopes, tenders, pricing, and follow-up from start to completion, coordinating with Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Control teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, high English proficiency, and extensive experience in refinery, petrochemical, or energy sectors, with at least 10 years in project management

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• High level of English.
• Extensive experience in refinery, petrochemical, or energy.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, focusing on subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Management and administrative control of Subcontracts and relationships across the project.
• Analysis of scopes, tenders, price analysis, subcontracting and follow-up to completion.
• Subcontract certifications and coordination with other areas.
• Manage Scope Management and CO records; communicate changes and get approvals.
• Coordinate with Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Control teams.
• Administer measurement/certification processes and report progress.
