Técnicas Reunidas invites a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead a dedicated team, driving cost management, scheduling, and performance tracking across projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

The role focuses on developing systematic procedures, applying best practices, and delivering reliable insights to support commercial decisions. A hybrid work model is offered with two remote days per week and flexible hours.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls within engineering projects.
• Expertise in leading cost engineering functions including cost estimating, cost control and cost analysis.
• Proven experience directing planning and scheduling activities including schedule development and monitoring.
• Experience in contract administration, claims management, variation orders and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of contract structures (lump sum, reimbursable, framework agreements).
• Knowledge of client billing processes, invoicing cycles, and revenue recognition.

Mansioni

• Review and fully understand all project documentation, including contracts and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures and work methodology aligned with company standards.
• Define primary objectives at project and departmental levels, emphasizing schedule, budget and cost requirements.
• Ensure schedules and staffing plans are prepared, maintained and issued per the approved strategy.
• Oversee cost reports, control curves and forecasts in line with the project execution strategy.
• Provide accurate status reports to Project Managers and Discipline Managers across the portfolio.
