Formación

• Degree in life sciences, data science, information systems or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated healthcare.
• Experience with Veeva CRM and integrations with data warehouses.
• AI or GenAI project leadership certification.
• Understanding of data-product lifecycle.
• Experience translating business needs to requirements.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities internationally.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Medical Affairs reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Elevate dashboards and reporting across EUCAN, International & Japan.
• Define KPIs, reporting requirements and definitions.
• Coordinate dashboards and self-service analytics (Power BI).
• Ensure outputs are accurate and fit for purpose.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting.
• Provide CRM operations and support for CRM platforms.
• Oversee CRM onboarding, access and territory alignment.
• Coordinate UAT, training and communications.
