UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to accelerate application modernization, deployment automation, and production operations in Madrid. The role requires hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS, and Platform Engineering, with on-site work 3 days per week and strong English proficiency.

Key responsibilities include designing GitLab CI/CD pipelines, deploying on AKS, managing Nexus and Harbor registries, and leveraging Dynatrace/Prometheus/Grafana for observability.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong experience with GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AKS, Nexus, and Harbor.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production support.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• English C1

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and operate workloads on AKS and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage container platforms, registries (Nexus, Harbor) and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Support production incidents, performance tuning, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.
