Job summary

Nuvolar, a global technology consulting company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead integrations, automation, and complex logic within a multi-cloud Salesforce landscape including Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You will own technical delivery, review code, and mentor team members while engaging directly with client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong Apex/SOQL, advanced LWC, and hands-on CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and design patterns.
• Advanced Lightning Web Components development.
• CI/CD hands-on with Git, PRs, and SFDX deployments.
• Strong knowledge of sharing rules, role hierarchy, and CRUD/FLS.
• Declarative automation with Flows; know when to config vs code.
• Proven technical ownership and mentorship abilities.
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from planning to closure.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Plan, execute, and validate data migrations from legacy systems.
• Implement complex sharing models using declarative and programmatic methods.
• Design and implement test plans ensuring coverage and security.
• Own deployments across environments through CI/CD tooling.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Provide ROM estimations and conduct technical investigations.
• Create technical designs, epics, and UAT plans; document solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Support Nuvolar's thought leadership through content and events.
