Job summary

Further Group is actively seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a high-growth, international team. You will design, implement and optimize Apex code, triggers and Flow automations, while migrating old processes to Flow and maintaining security and data integrity.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, document changes, and uphold GDPR standards. The role supports a hybrid working model with a central Madrid office.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of governor limits and bulkification.
• Experience writing unit tests with meaningful assertions.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and Salesforce data model.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex classes and triggers following best practices.
• Document the existing Apex code and triggers, especially on the Case object, and refactor under direction.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flow automations (record-triggered, scheduled and screen flows).
• Migrate remaining Process Builder automations to Flow and retire old versions.
• Handle declarative configuration: fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, profiles and permission sets.
• Clean up obsolete configuration, fields and roles to reduce technical debt.
• Support data retention: extract and archive closed-case data and files per policy.
• Keep documentation, release notes and test evidence up to date.
• Follow change management, version control and least privilege; GDPR guidelines for sensitive data.
• Provide cover for day-to-day administration and user support when the Platform Owner is away.
