You’ll support daily sales operations, manage customer communications, and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account coordination, or administrative roles.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP.
• Desirable English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
• Update forecast, databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.
• Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.
