Marsh seeks a Sales Executive to join its Madrid-based team, combining local market knowledge with international support. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office at the Paseo de la Castellana location.

You will design risk management solutions and deliver excellent client service. You will engage prospects, craft high-value proposals with internal specialists, and drive negotiations to close deals while exceeding targets.

Formación

• Proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, on-site visits, and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design high-value proposals addressing client needs.
• Lead negotiation processes, contract preparation and deal closures.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to team growth.
• Communicate product and service value to current and prospective clients.
