Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Hybrid SaaS & Subscription Renewals Representative to drive renewals, upsell, and customer success. The role partners with sales and customer success to manage a book of renewals, forecast effectively, and ensure on-time renewal execution.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in renewals or inside sales, strong communication, and experience with subscription-based sales motions. Remote-friendly with in-country requirements and global benefits.

• Strong consultative selling and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
• Experience with subscription-based sales motions

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of subscription renewals and expansion
• Engage customers to scope environments and present renewal options
• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within renewals
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
