Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Inventory Planner for EU Middle Mile Forecasting within the S&OP organization in Barcelona. You will drive forecast accuracy, collaborate with Tech to optimize the volume signal, and lead improvement programs across multiple teams to enhance speed, cost and customer experience.

You will own the forecast roadmap, tackle ambiguous challenges, and work with leadership to deliver high-impact projects. A strong analytical mindset and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in data analysis and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written/verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly Middle Mile forecast events and publish accurate plans.
• Collaborate with Tech and planning teams to improve forecast signals.
• Analyze forecast misses and drive improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Own the forecast improvement roadmap and report progress to leadership.
• Develop data-driven solutions to optimize cost, speed and CX metrics.
