Technica Electronics is seeking an enthusiastic Product Owner for Electronic Products to join our fast-growing team. You will own hardware product lifecycle—from concept through development to launch and evolution—working with a cross-disciplinary team across electronics, firmware, and software domains.

You’ll explore market needs, define concepts with stakeholders, and drive plans with milestones, budgets and resources.

Qualificações

• Experience leading hardware/software development projects in automotive, telecom or software domains.
• Ability to grasp complex electronics concepts and guide teams to smart decisions.
• Fluency in local languages with working English; German nice-to-have but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of one or several products in the hardware portfolio and manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Explore market and customer needs to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Define concepts with commercial, technical and operations teams to align with customer needs.
• Build development plans with milestones, resources and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams through hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing areas.
• Support technical reviews, prototype testing and product validation.
• Assist product launches with documentation alignment to sales and support teams.
• Oversee product evolution post-launch, including improvements and cost optimization.
• Prioritize features and negotiate with stakeholders to maximize value.
• Participate in broader architecture discussions and coordinate with external collaborators.
