Digging Insights, MTG’s Digital Products division, is seeking an engineer to own a complete digital product from specification to sensor-level algorithms and cloud dashboards. You will spend ~70% building software and ~30% driving product evolution, coordinating with Cloud, Embedded, and Frontend specialists.

You’ll work across software, electronics, and heavy industry, ensuring the product meets real customer needs and performs reliably in mining environments.

Competenze

• Experience writing production code daily.
• Ability to prioritize user problems and deliver value.
• Proven track record delivering in small teams (PO/Tech Lead).
• Interest in AI-assisted development and edge/embedded systems.

Mansioni

• Own and contribute to the full product stack from specification to cloud dashboards.
• Coordinate with Cloud, Embedded and Frontend teams to evolve the product technically.
• Validate field deployments and ensure reliability in mining environments.
