Résumé du poste

Publicit is seeking a software engineer to own end-to-end features across the exchange and platform, combining both frontend and backend work. You will build with TypeScript and React, ensure consistent data across campaigns, budgets and reporting, and guide technical direction for the product side.

You will work with advertisers directly, analyze metrics, and mentor teammates as the team grows in Barcelona.

Qualifications

Around 4 to 6 years building software that real people used.
You've owned a product or an area end to end.
Strong TypeScript and React.
You're comfortable being the least expert person in the room, then not being.
You have product opinions and you change them with evidence.
You'll talk to customers without being asked.
Taste and a room presence are valued.
You want to be in the room, in Barcelona, on-site.

Responsabilités

Own the connection between the exchange and the platform. Campaigns, budgets, targeting and reporting all have to mean the same thing on both sides of that line.
Lead delivery on what you own. Break the work down, sequence it, keep it moving, and unblock the people around you.
Build with TypeScript and React across the product surface, plus the backend work a feature needs.
Set the technical direction for the product side and define standards.
Own scope: decide what ships now, later, or not at all.
Talk to advertisers continuously: onboarding, support, and feedback collection.
Own the numbers: measure launches, retention, and drop-off.
Raise the people around you: review code and mentor teammates.
