Vestas in Madrid, Spain, seeks an experienced OT Service Design professional to join our Cyber & Digital Operations team. You will shape governance for new OT services, document run models, and ensure security by design in collaboration with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and plant stakeholders.

The role emphasizes service blueprinting, risk management, and continuous improvement, with travel up to 20 days per year for regional coordination.

Formación

• Experience in designing and delivering OT/IT services within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL aligned service management concepts and service lifecycle models.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear service designs and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• OT Service Design: Design operational processes and governance for new OT services and major changes, from concept through documentation and readiness to operate.
• Service Blueprinting & Documentation: Develop and maintain service blueprints, operating models, RACI matrices, and service process flows.
• Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, operations and business stakeholders.
• Operational Readiness & Transition: Define run models and ensure smooth go-live and handover with Service Delivery/Transition teams.
• Security & Compliance Integration: Embed cybersecurity, compliance, and risk into service designs with OT standards.
• Continuous Improvement & Service Optimization: Identify improvements for performance, cost, resilience, and customer experience, including automation and AI where applicable.
• Design Governance Support: Align service designs with portfolio strategy and support design reviews and lifecycle planning.
